We are happy to offer a store credit or exchange if you are returning an item within 30 days of purchase.
Original or gift receipt must be presented. iIems must be in the same condition as when they were purchased, in original packaging/ with tags
All sale and holiday items are final (no exchanges or store credit)
Please understand we do not offer cash or credit card refunds.

If you purchase an item online that appears to be damaged, please take a photo of it immediately and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be given the option to receive a store credit or receive a replacement item if we have the item in stock. If we do not have the replacement item, a refund will be issued. All sales items are final.
